When I think of dutch IT, i think of dutch auctions. Try to make money by buying flowers at a low price- but be careful. if it gets too low, someone else might take it. There is no win condition, but 1500 is a reasonable goal.

I didn't know about Dutch tulip auctions, so I enjoyed the video link above. Didn't take me long to hit 1500, but I think I was lucky. I would enjoy this as a real multiplayer game.
